Monday Dinner Dines #5.

Summer is finally here and after a day spent at the pool with a good friend, it had made me slightly peckish! For dinner I made a fulfilling Salmon pasta dish with a side of (store bought) sweet-chilli garlic bread. After a trip to the Mediterranean Cafe and food company last week #willraveabout (address to follow), I purchased many scrummy foods and treats, including salmon fettucine pasta, which I used for this dish. Yes you heard me correctly, pasta made out of salmon <3 and even topped with salmon! #umyum. I also added olives to the canned mediterranean tomatoes and creme fraiche sauce which I was obsessed with. Another easy delicious meal, carbo loading me before I hit the shops tomorrow for some Christmas shopping because christmas is apparently next week or something…… Another Christmas baking blog post we come about this week I promise you! #gingerbread ;)
